Fastest: delete in the app
Open the app and go to Me → Settings → Delete account. This deletes your account immediately after confirmation.

No longer have the app installed? Send a deletion request with the email address your account uses. You will get a confirmation email, and the deletion is completed within 30 days.
You can also simply email [email protected] from your account address with the subject "Delete my account".
What gets deleted, what remains
- Deleted within 30 days: your account details, run recordings, drawn and saved routes, ratings, reports and leaderboard entries.
- Backups: expire on a rolling basis within 90 days.
- Retained: anonymous aggregate route statistics (such as how many runners completed a route) that no longer identify you, and records the law requires to be kept.
- Subscriptions: deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, or you may keep being billed by the store.
