Private guided runs · Seoul, KR
Run Seoul like you live here.
I'm Quintin. I've lived in Seoul for ten years and run most mornings. Come with me at first light, after work, or any hour your day allows, on the routes I actually run. One to five people. Your pace, not mine.

What makes it different
Small, local, and built around your run.
This is not a tour bus and not a fixed itinerary. It is one runner showing another runner the city, the way locals see it.
- 01
Always me
Every run is mine to lead. No rotating roster, no swapped-in guide. I take one booking at a time, so the run is built around you and nobody else, whether we go at first light, after work, or somewhere in the middle of a weekend.

Ten years of local
I know which water fountains work, which riverside stretch floods after rain, where the good coffee is already open at 7am, and which night-lit bridges are worth crossing after dark. You get the city a guidebook can't hand you.
- 03
Your pace, your run
An easy shake-out shuffle or a race-prep tempo. Sightseeing stops or heads-down kilometers. We agree the shape of the run before we lace up.
- 04
More than the run
The run is the middle of it. Add a coffee, a market wander, a proper meal, or a quiet stretch by the water. It turns a workout into the best part of the day.
Where we run
Routes I run all the time.
A run is shaped to you, but it usually grows from one of these. Full maps, distances and notes live on each route page.
Mangwon · Han River · Seonyudo
My home-ground route. Start in the city, jump into complete greenery, cross two bridges and end up on a hidden island park most Seoulites have never visited.
- 12.3 km
- Easy
- ~1:15 main loop
Namsan Mountain
A real Seoul hill run. A 3.5 km foot-traffic-only loop of up-and-down hills under a closed tree canopy, and the option to keep climbing to N Seoul Tower for the view.
- 7.1 km
- Moderate
- ~55 min hill loop
Yeouido Goguma Loop
A flat lap of Yeouido island, named for the goguma (sweet potato) it draws on the map. Forested river paths, the 63 Building in gold, and the best-equipped runner hub in Seoul to start from.
- 8.6 km
- Easy
- ~50 min main loop
Bukchon backstreets
Hanok rooftops and quiet lanes while the old town is still waking up. More looking than racing.
Coming soonThe Puppy Run
A loop through the historic heart of Seoul that draws a puppy on the map. Gwanghwamun Square, Gyeongbokgung, the Blue House, the palace-wall lanes and the Cheonggyecheon, all in one run.
- 8.7 km

- ~1:10 at an easy pace
The Great Shebang · Mangwon to Jamsil
The whole river. Mangwon out to Jamsil and back: 20+ km on the north bank, 20+ km on the south. A Han River marathon and a whole-day affair.
Coming soon
Coming after launch
A full Seoul runner's guide. Built so you can run the city without me.
Full-day routines that wrap each run in coffee, food and a quiet recovery. In-depth GPX files with water, restrooms, surface, shade and hazards all marked. Tools to build your own route from the same pieces I use. And more besides. Releasing in waves once the site is live.

Live in Korea? Practice English on a run.
Alongside the running tours, I run a session built for English learners: an easy, scenic run and a real conversation lesson in the same hour. Led by a certified English teacher.
A morning, mapped
The Mangwon loop, dawn to dusk.
Start on the north bank at Mangwon, loop east along the Han to Seonyudo, cross back and finish where you started. Coffee nearby once you do.
