How information is used

Retention and deletion
- Inquiry records with no booking: usually deleted after 1 year of no further contact.
- Booking, payment, cancellation and refund records: kept as needed for Korean transaction, tax and dispute records, generally up to 5 years.
- Consumer complaint or dispute records: generally kept up to 3 years.
- Optional health, accessibility and emergency-contact notes: deleted 30 days after the run unless needed for an incident or dispute.
- Private customer photo delivery copies: deleted after delivery or within 30 days unless you ask otherwise.
- Marketing subscriptions: kept until unsubscribe, with minimal suppression records retained to respect opt-outs.
- Raw analytics data: kept for the shortest practical period, targeted at 14 months or less.
Vendors, outsourcing and overseas processing
The site may use vendors for hosting, email, payment, booking, analytics and marketing. Some vendors may process information outside Korea.

Payment and booking are currently handled directly by email and KRW bank transfer or cash. When an online payment or booking provider is added, its name and country will be listed in the table above.
Your rights
Subject to Korean law, you may ask to access, correct, delete or stop processing of your personal information, or withdraw optional consent such as marketing or photo-use consent.
I may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Some transaction records may need to be retained for legal, tax, accounting or dispute reasons even after a deletion request.
