What you get

A guided run, not a tour bus.

This is a run. We move, we talk, we stop when something is worth stopping for. Here is what comes with it.

  • A guide who actually runs this city. Me, every time, never a stand-in.
  • A route picked for you: your distance, your pace, the parts of Seoul you want.
  • The local knowledge. Working water fountains, bathrooms, where to start, what to skip.
  • Photos along the way, if you want them.
  • A coffee or breakfast spot sorted for the finish.
  • Timing that bends around your trip, not the other way round.

Your run, your effort

Pick the pace before we start.

We agree the shape of the run when we meet. Most mornings land in one of these three.

  • 01

    Easy / first morning

Conversational pace, frequent stops, photos. Good for jet-lagged legs or a relaxed first look at the city.

  • 02

    Steady

A real run at a comfortable effort. Fewer stops, more rhythm, still plenty of Seoul.

  • 03

    Session

You've a race coming up. We do the work. I know the flat, fast, uninterrupted stretches.

Make it a whole morning

The run is the middle of it.

Add any of these and a workout turns into the best part of the trip. Tell me what sounds good and I will build it in.

  • Coffee

A proper cafe at the finish. Seoul takes its coffee seriously, and so do I.

  • Market

A wander through a traditional market while it sets up for the day.

  • Breakfast

Sit down for a real Korean breakfast. Gukbap, kimbap, whatever you are curious about.

  • The long version

Want to make a day of it? I can point you at the food-and-soju version for the evening.

How to book

Tell me when you are in Seoul.

I run early most weekday mornings and I am free for longer stretches on weekends. Send me your dates and roughly how far you like to go, and we will lock a morning. A proper booking calendar is on the way. Until then, a message is the fastest route.

Pricing: I am setting founder rates for the first runs of 2026. Tell me what you are after and I will come back with a number the same day.

Good questions

Before you book.

  • Do I need to be a fast or experienced runner?

No. We run at your pace, not mine. Plenty of guests use the easy option for a relaxed first morning. If you can jog a few kilometers, you can do this.

  • How many people will be on the run?

On a private run, just you and anyone you bring. One to five people, no strangers added in.

  • What should I bring?

Running clothes and shoes, mostly. A phone if you want photos. Water and the coffee stop are sorted. Seoul summers are humid, so we start early and keep it sensible.

  • Is the run in English?

Yes, in English. In Korean too if you would prefer, or a mix.

  • What if it rains?

Light rain, we usually still run. Heavy weather, we reschedule at no charge. Seoul gets a real monsoon in mid-summer, and I will be honest with you about it.

  • How far ahead should I book?

A few days is plenty. Sometimes next-day works. The sooner you message, the easier it is to find your morning.
