This policy is the intended customer-friendly launch policy. It should be reviewed before paid checkout opens, especially for Korean e-commerce and scheduled-service cancellation rules.
Guided runs and Run & Talk sessions
- I cancel: full refund or free reschedule, your choice.
- You cancel 48+ hours before start: full refund.
- You cancel 24-48 hours before start: one free reschedule or 50 percent refund.
- You cancel under 24 hours before start: no guaranteed refund, but I may offer a reschedule when practical.
- After the run starts: no refund except for safety issues or business-side fault.
Weather, air quality and safety
Light rain is usually fine. If heavy rain, thunder, unsafe heat, dangerous air quality, route closures or another safety issue makes the run unreasonable, I will contact you. You can choose a free reschedule or full refund.
I may adjust the route, distance, start time or format to keep the session safe.
Late arrivals and no-shows
Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late and I cannot reasonably provide the session, it may be treated as a no-show. No-shows are not refundable if this was clearly disclosed at booking.
Refund timing
Approved refunds will be initiated as quickly as practical. Where Korean e-commerce refund rules apply, the target is to initiate the refund within 3 business days after the refund is approved or the returned/cancelled transaction is confirmed. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post it.
Future route packs and digital downloads
Route packs are digital content. Before purchase, the checkout will show what files are included, compatibility expectations, and any limits on cancellation after download access begins.
If a file is defective, missing, or materially different from what was described, contact me and I will fix the file, provide access again, or refund where appropriate.
